Appointments Be on time. Late arrival will reduce the length of time for spa services. We make every effort to accommodate request for specific times and dates. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service. We also suggest that you book appointments for special days and occasions well in advance. All appointments are confirmed by telephone 24 hours in advance. If you do not hear from us, please feel free to call and confirm your appointment. Cancellations A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all service appointments. Services cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Payment Options We accept cash & credit cards. Gratuities for services are not required but are appreciated if you select to do so. Price changes will always be implemented with full notice. Comfort Consideration Shaving is not recommended prior to any treatment or hair removal service. Shaving can cause irritations when done prior to a service. Wear what makes you feel comfortable. |
